01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, chatting with us, or engaging Savvy Solutions Consulting LLC DBA Savvy Solutions VA Partnership ("Savvy Solutions VA Partnership," "we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Savvy Solutions provides consulting services to business owners and connects clients with dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) teams to support day-to-day business operations. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are agreed upon separately with each client.
03Eligibility
Our services are intended for business owners and individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
04SMS & Call Messaging Terms
By submitting your information through our website chat widget, you authorize Savvy Solutions Consulting LLC DBA Savvy Solutions VA Partnership to text and/or call the number you provide for informational and transactional purposes, possibly using automated means, including:
- Appointment reminders
- Billing, invoice, and payment reminders
- Confirmation messages
Consent. Consent to be texted or called is collected through our website chat widget and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency may vary based on your appointments and account activity.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out / Help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 10 below.
Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

05Payment & Billing
Fees for services are agreed upon prior to engagement. Invoices are due according to the payment terms specified at the time of booking. We may send billing, invoice, and payment reminders by email, phone, or text message (where consented to) regarding amounts owed.
06Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when engaging our services and to use any VA resources or consulting deliverables provided by Savvy Solutions for lawful business purposes only.
07Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our marketing materials, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Savvy Solutions Consulting LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
08Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savvy Solutions Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
09Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
